So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...we asked them to bring some inspiration for cards using animals - we hope you're inspired!...

Wendy - Hello everyone wishing you all a wonderful week. This week were making Mother's Day cards - Isn't it strange how Mothers day falls on different dates around the world, in Spain its 5th May and US its 12th May! My simple easel card this week used one of my favourite recent collections - Noodle Panda. Who wouldn't want to receive a bouquet of flowers from this little cutie called Flower Bouquet. The pretty papers are a sneaky peak of an upcoming release - so shh don't tell Nikky ! Sending love and crafty hugs.

Maritza: Hello my Crafty friends, for my Mother's Day Projects, I made a XL tag. I have used digital image Ruby Prom, digital papers are Autum Fall papers patterns 3. I painted this image with colours pencils. Happy Crafting!

Created with the Toadally Cute collection
CHRISTIN B - In Germany the Mothers day is a little bit later than in UK so I made another Mother's day card for the new challenge. I used the beautiful pretty flower wreath. The bundle in the shop includes black/white digital stamps, quotes, papers, cutting files and also pre-colored digit stamps. For my card I made it easy for me and used a pre-colored digit stamp. I lightened it up and completed it with a 'I love you' from the Tons of love collection. In the end I made a rocker card to make it a little bit more special for my mom.

Huge thanks to the design team for all their inspiration today - we hope we've given you lots of ideas to use in your own cards - remember! We LOVE you to copy the ideas we show you, it's what we're here for!

So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...we asked them to bring some inspiration for cards using animals - we hope you're inspired!...

Jennifer - I used this super cute elephant digistamp this week and created an interactive 'pull me' card. The Tons of Love collection is so cute and it has 'tons' of stuff in it to create with too, make sure you check it out! Love Jennifer @Pueen_Queen

KIM STEWART - What's on your craft desk this week? We'd love to have you share with us what you're working on.
For my DT challenge project this week I picked Pickles the Hedgehog. I coloured Pickles with my Copic markers in grey tones. I added some white Signo Gel pen for extra highlighting. also picked one of the yummy looking cupcakes from the Coffee Tea and Cake download set called Waffle Cream Frosting. My paper selection comes from Wings of Love Valentine pack . For an added little design feature this week i used one of my edger dies and cut the bottom off the front of my card. Very CAS card for me this week. I resisted the urge to add extra images, more design paper or other embellies. I let Pickles be the center attraction.

BETSY - Nothing says spring like flowers so I've used the Watercolour Flower Stem papers for my project! I printed off 2 of the lavender flower papers sized to fit an A2 card panel. I used one as a base and the other for fussy cutting. I chose a few of the beautiful papers to fussy cut and I added them to the other panel popped up on foam tape. I deepened the shadows in the middle of the cut flowers with a BV000 Copic marker. I added glitter glue around the centers and added a gem in the centers. I added more tiny gems around the background. I mounted thep anel onto some lavender vellum and mounted that on a panel with 3D embossing and adhered that to my card base. And that finished my card!

Martine Bruinings - Hello everyone.. did we all survive the easter period? And no.. you didn't had to many chocolate eggs......lol. But..maybe this Elephant did. It turned out a little bit pink. I used Feel Better Soon Elephant for this card. The background paper is also from Polkadoodles... Paper Heaven 1 Horace & Boo.. I hope you like this one!

Ã…sa -Hi crafty friends. This week´s theme was animals. I love hippos so I fell in love with Helga Hippo -flower girl immediately. I coloured her with my alcohol markers and added the sentiment from Winnie Daisy greetings, quotes and sentiments. As I love CAS style I let the rest of the card to be white.

Jane – For my card today I have used this super sweet CUTE ELEPHANT , papers & sentiment from the amazing value TONS OF LOVE AND MORE BUNDLE.

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is animals and make anything. I made this baby card with a teddy bear from the Baby Boom Digital Download and used the pattern paper from All About the Dudes.

Maz - For my 'Spring' project, I created this card featuring Sleeping Lily Ladybug and coloured using markers. I attached florals and a butterfly from the Kindness Blooms Stamp Set. All details can be found on my blog.

Maritza: Hello my crafty friends, for my Spring Project, I made a card using Pickles Hedgehog Flowers, this image I painted with colours pencils. Papers are digital of collection Lets Hang Out Happy crafting...

CHRISTIN B - Welcome to the new challenge! Today I have a spring card for you. I colored the Bunnita carrot cake with my alcohol markers in spring colors. For the background I used a leaf die, which I inked with Distress Oxides. I hope you like my birthday card.

Wendy - Hello everyone I hope that you are having a lovely week ! I love Spring with all the flowers and wonderful fragrances in the air and Spring has definitely arrived here so perfect timing for the theme for our projects this week...to use pretty Spring colours and an animal.
So I chose to use one of the sweet bunnies from the Springtime Smiles collection, this is Bunny with Roses and two of the pretty pastel papers from the same collection. I used the papers to pick my colour palette for my Promarkers, sticking to the yellow and green colours. The sentiment is from the Darling Buds collection and I've foiled it in a pretty mint green foil. Have a wonderful week - crafty hugs x

Christina Pook - Hi everyone. This week's digi chooseday theme was to make a card using a spring animal so I chose the cute butterfly chick. I started by printing the Butterfly chick along with a sentiment from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Sentiment/Quotes Bundle
I cut down my panel then coloured the cick using my alcohol markers.
I layered it on to bright yellow card then wrapped some twine around the panel.
Then I glued it onto a 6x6 card blank to finish the crad.

Huge thanks to the design team for all their inspiration today - we hope we've given you lots of ideas to use in your own cards - remember! We LOVE you to copy the ideas we show you, it's what we're here for!

So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...we asked them to bring some inspiration for cards with a sleeve/belly band and to use inspiration for the April Birthstone of Diamonds - we hope you're inspired!...

Jennifer @pueen_queen - Hello again, for this weeks project, I made a quick and easy spring card. I started out with a white A2 card base. I wanted to use this cute daffodil sentiment from Polkadoodles "Blooms 5" digital bundle, so I decided to use the daffodil bouquet from "Blooms 2" daffodil bundle to go with it. First things first, I printed the daffodil bouquet, 3 copies of the sentiment, and a sheet of the purple pattern paper from "Blooms 4" digital bundle. I used the 'print then cut' function on my cricut to cut out the daffodils and the sentiments. I stacked the cut out sentiments together, to add some dimension without having to use foam tape. I also cut a 3¾" scalloped circle with everything else. Then I colored the bouquet with alcohol markers. Now that all of my card parts are prepared, I started to assemble. I cut the pattern paper down to 5¼"tall by 3¼"wide and adhered it to the left hand side of my card base. Then I cut a strip of light yellow cardstock, about ⅛" thick, and glued it on the right side of the pattern paper, just to bring some more yellow into the card. I glued the scalloped circle in the center, and then layered the bouquet, and the sentiment on top of it. And thats it!
This card was so simple to put together, but it still has that handmade pizzazz we all want in our work. And it's a great one for the card stash, because it's great for mothers day, birthdays, or "just because". I hope you like this weeks project. ♥️Jennifer

KIM STEWART - Here we are officially in spring now. Yippee for that i say. It's 'spring flowers' for our theme this week. I had to choose Winnie for my card. I decided on Winnie Daisy Butterfly Tree Fairy and coloured her in with my Copic Markers. I layered her on top of decorative papers which i picked from the Watercolour Flower Stem download pack..I added some die cut flowers in the same colour scheme as the papers to coordinate with the overall card. And finally a few jewels to finish off the card. What's on your craft table at the moment? We'd love for you to share with us. Don't forget to enter the Digi Choosday challenge. You could win!

Betsy - Hello everyone! Spring is just around the corner and this Perfect Peony Bundle is perfect! I printed out the bouquet of peonies on one of the digital paper backgrounds included and one of the sentiments. I colored the image with Copic markers and the sentiment, die-cut the panel, adhered it to a white A2 size top folding notecard. I added a few soft pink confetti sequins to finish! Copic colors used: RV02, RV55, R39, RV000, R20, R85, R32, R37, R35, Y02, Y15, YG11, G82, YG63 R83.

Martine Bruinings - Today i have a Darling Bud for you.. Snowdrop Flower . You must have seen her before, there are some dt- members that colored her to , but i thought she is so adorable... and so suitable for this weeks'theme ( spring flowers ) , that i had to color her to! With my Distress inks, and also added a few waterdrops with that Dimensional Magic from ModPodge. I used some flowers from my own stash . Thank you for following us all!

Ã…sa -Hi crafty friends! The ultimate spring flowers for me are tulips. Just love them! My favorites are the pink ones and therefor I colored my Tulip flower girl in pink with my copics. She got an inkblended background in blue just to pop a little. The sentiment come from Spring Flower Mothers Day Friends greetings sentiments.

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is Spring Flowers and use any image. I used the image Watering Can with Flowers Spring. The pattern paper is from The Colour of Spring Paper Pack and I also used Posydoodles Rectangles Die Cuts.

Jane – This lovely lady is called CROCUS and she is from the gorgeous DARLING BUDS COLLECTION. The papers are from SERENITY PAPER HEAVEN 2 and the added foliage was made using the SUPER SPRIGS DIE SET.

CHRISTIN B - For the new month the design team was asked to make something with the April birthstone. It’s a diamond so I made a gatefold card with a sparkling wraparound. For the middle I used the beautiful fantasy moon which I don’t colored this time. But I used a special pencil for glittering it. If you open the card you can see the happy birthday also absolutely glittering. I hope you like my card white on white and so much sparkle.

Wendy - Hello everyone and happy April the month of the birthstone Diamond - that was the them for this challenge for the team so I've used a super sweet Winnie digital and sentiment from Let's Hang Out collection, this is Blossoming Winnie, coloured with my promarkers in some pretty pastel colours - not my normal colour palette I have to say but it was fun. We were asked to create a card with a wraparound or a belly band and also use diamonds and white on white so quite a challenge. I decided to create a Pop out Gatefold card featuring diamonds on the inside and on the outside. The pretty papers that I have used to decorate the card are from the Noodle Panda collection.

Christina P - Hi everyone. This week's theme was to make a wrap around on an April themed birthday card.I used the lovely Aries digital stamp which I coloured with my alcohol markers then I added it onto the wrap around with some glitter card and gems. I added a sentiment at the bottom using the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Sentiment/Quotes Bundle. I also used my cricut to cut the Diamond lattice SVG file to add onto my cards base.

Huge thanks to the design team for all their inspiration today - we hope we've given you lots of ideas to use in your own cards - remember! We LOVE you to copy the ideas we show you, it's what we're here for!
